Open Classes for Kids on Sunday 11/17/2024

You’re Invited!

Exciting news from Ballroom Dance of NJ! On Sunday, November 17, 2024, we’ll be hosting an open class for our young dancers—a special opportunity for them to showcase their progress to family and friends.

Join us to see what our talented students have learned since the beginning of the season, and enjoy a fun and inspiring time watching them perform!

Performance Times:

• First Group: 10:15 AM - 11:00 AM

• Second Group: 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM

Important Note for Dancers: Please arrive at the time specified by your teacher!

ADMISSION:

• Entry is free for all guests; please RSVP if you’re planning to attend.

• For dancers participating in the performance, the fee is the usual group class rate.

Summer Group Classes for Children

Dear Friends,

Summer is here, and with the school year behind us, Ballroom Dance of NJ invites your children to continue their ballroom dance education throughout the summer!

We’re excited to announce some changes to our class schedule for the summer period. Starting in July, our group lessons will move from Sunday to Tuesday evenings. The Monday group will remain at the same time.

This summer, we’re offering an exciting range of dance styles for your children to explore, including Salsa, Bachata, Swing, Argentine Tango, and Hip-Hop.

Our newest addition is the “Show Dance Performance” group, where we’ll create a group dance number to be performed at the end of August or early September.

We believe these dances will enrich your children’s social skills and contribute to their overall development.

Here’s our summer schedule with five different group options:

  • Monday from 5:30 PM to 6:15 PM - “Little Stars” - Beginner Level (Ages 3-5)

    • July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 - $165* (5 classes in our schedule for July)

    • August 5, 12, 19, 26 - $132* (4 classes in our schedule for August)

  • Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM - “Social Dances” - Beginner Level (No age restrictions)

    • July 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 - $165* (5 classes in our schedule for July)

    • August 6, 13, 20, 27 - $132* (4 classes in our schedule for August)

  • Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM - “Social Dances” - Intermediate Level (No age restrictions)
